When I met Ryan, I gave him a list of my must haves and my would like to haves. I actually really liked the home we were in and didn’t figure Ryan ( or anyone) could find me something better in my price range. Turns out I didn’t know Ryan’s determination and dedication to his clients. After a few open houses and showings, within 2 months we had an offer we could not refuse but 1st we had to find a home for our family that checked all or most of the boxes. -One level-outdoor shower -office to work from home-Small ADU for our adult children to come home to-spacious fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood -room to make into a bar/ wine room. -pool or space for one-solarWe had 5 days to find our next home so Ryan arranged to get into as MANY homes as possible. They had a lot of what we were looking for and each time when we entered I noticed he would look at me to see my reaction. The last home on the list, I knew was not going to be “it” but figured I would look to check it off. Upon walking in I knew I was home. Crunch time hit as the buyer of my home wanted to close in 30 days. Ryan and his team at Coldwell Banker Island Properties made everything stress free. The only thing I had to do was pack my home and be on the look out for emails. Ryan equipped me with a list of vendors to do home repairs, cleaning etc. I am so glad that I entrusted Ryan with our sale and purchase of our new home as he made the experience so smooth.
